BYU Cougars will debut a new jersey patch in 2026 after announcing a partnership with Utah-based property management company Entrata.
A blue Entrata logo will appear on the left side of BYU’s jerseys, just above the Nike swoosh. The patch blends seamlessly with the Cougars’ blue uniforms, as shown in a social media post. The deal marks BYU’s latest foray into jersey sponsorships, a trend sweeping college football.
Brian Santiago, BYU’s athletic director, called the partnership a welcome addition. “We are grateful for this new sponsorship with Entrata and excited to welcome them to the BYU Athletics family,” he said. “Entrata brings great value to BYU Athletics. We are excited about this new relationship and anticipate a bright future.”
Entrata’s CEO Adam Edmunds praised BYU’s program in a statement. “Entrata is proud to be a Utah company,” Edmunds said. “Much of our team lives here, and we’ve always believed in investing where we are. This relationship lets us work alongside one of the premier programs in the country.”
Nico Dato, Entrata’s chief marketing officer, framed the deal beyond just logo placement. “To us, this relationship extends beyond having our logo on a jersey,” Dato said. “We are collaborating with BYU on community initiatives across Utah, creating opportunities for student-athletes to engage in service alongside our team.”
The partnership runs through the 2026 season. BYU kicks off the year on Sept. 5 against Utah Tech at home. Big 12 play starts the following week with a home game against Arizona. The schedule also includes showdowns with Notre Dame and the annual Holy War clash with Utah.
Casey Stauffer, BYU’s senior associate athletic director for corporate sponsorships, called the deal a step forward. “This relationship with Entrata represents a step forward for BYU Athletics,” Stauffer said. “We are excited to align athletic excellence with community impact through this collaboration.”
The Cougars open the 2026 season on Sept. 6 against Utah Tech Trailblazers. Next game: vs Utah Tech Trailblazers (2026-09-06).
